Ingredients:
- 2 cans Uni-Pak Mackerel in Natural oil (big – 425g)
- 2 pcs. potato
- 1 pc. carrot
- lumpia wrapper
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 6 pcs. celery leaves, minced
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 pc. egg
- 1 cup cooking oil
- cheese, salt, ground pepper
2.ย Peel the carrot and potatoes and bring to boil using the drained liquid from tuna, and diced.
3. Add the minced celery, onion, garlic, flour, egg, diced carrots and potatoes.
ย 6. Deep fry and serve with catsup or your fave vinegar dipping sauce (mine was ready made!).
